  • Neighbors who run a business elsewhere. If you live here, your business is welcome even if it’s located somewhere else.

Our standard (the same for everyone)

  1. Local to Browns Point, Dash Point or 98422 (or owned by a neighbor who lives here)
  2. Gives back to the community
  3. Good reviews
  4. No lenders or title companies
  5. No competing real estate brokerages

We review every submission by hand and may follow up with a question before we publish. A listing goes live only after you confirm it’s OK to publish.
